What did I stumble upon? (About Me)

Dearest reader,

I’m not actually starting like that, it made me laugh out loud typing it though. I think the laughter may have more to do with the delirium of writing this at 12:23 AM on a Tuesday night (Wednesday morning for the time afficionados aka my father).

I have always cooked and baked but at the beginning of 2026, the Fleischmann (Canadian Yeast Brand) God’s possessed my body and I began baking bread.

After spending way too much time on food related videos on social media, I convinced myself I could make sourdough starter from scratch.

A lot of the posting will be unhinged, sporadic and is wholly and completely only MY opinion.

This blog documents that journey.
